Sports Warrior Marketing includes up to 15 website updates per month at no additional cost. This allows you to keep your website current with new photos, videos, schedules, results, sponsorships, merchandise, announcements, and other important updates. If you need regular changes throughout the month, our team is here to help keep your website fresh and engaging for your fans, sponsors, and followers.

Sports Warrior Marketing will post once per day to each of your social media accounts. Consistent posting helps keep your audience engaged, increases visibility, and keeps fans, sponsors, and potential brand partners updated on your latest news, achievements, events, and merchandise. Our goal is to maintain an active and professional social media presence that helps grow your brand and maximize exposure.

Yes. You may cancel your Sports Warrior Marketing services at any time. However, all services are paid in full for the 12-month service period at the start of your agreement, and no refunds are provided for early cancellations.

If you choose to cancel, you have two options:

• Your website and social media      services can be discontinued and removed from our management.
• Your website and social media      accounts can be transferred to you so that you can continue managing them      independently.

If you have questions about your service agreement or account transfer process, our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes. While our core Sports Warrior Marketing package includes many features and services, certain premium offerings are available at an additional cost.

Additional services include:

• Video Services – Professional video creation      and editing services to help promote your brand, showcase highlights, and      increase engagement across your website and social media platforms.

Our team can discuss these optional services with you and help determine which solutions best fit your goals and budget.

In most cases, we can have your website and social media accounts built and ready to launch within 7 business days. Once everything is completed, we provide you with an opportunity to review the website and social media pages to ensure all information, images, and content are accurate.

We typically allow one business day for final review and any last-minute changes before your website and social media accounts go live. Our goal is to make sure everything meets your expectations and is ready to make a great first impression.

No. Sports Warrior Marketing works with clients to help design and develop merchandise, but the actual production, printing, and fulfillment are handled by our trusted third-party vendors.

We collaborate with you to create merchandise that reflects your brand, team, or organization, while our vendor partners manufacture and ship the products. This allows us to offer a wide variety of high-quality merchandise options without the need for clients to manage inventory or production themselves.
